The Resident

This is a film in the horror genre. It has all the makings of a horror movie; a great cast and a good plot. But some how midway through it action falls down and and people tend to fall asleep. For those who want to see The Resident it may be downloaded at SeeMovieForFree.net.
The movie starts like many others. There is the estranged heroine who is now in a relatively new place. And then the movie plunges right into a scary sequence.
The doctor who is in need of a new residence seems to be headed into a whirlpool of unseemly horror. The new landlord have some wicked design in store for her. What these are not put too clearly into a form that brings fear into the audience. The new residence of Dr. Juliet Devereau is inhabited by more than the doctor herself. Sadly the transitions of emotional turbulence of the heroine fails to translate into
audience. This fact notwithstanding there is a poor effort on the part of the
director to draw the audience into the web plot with some kind of elaboration using a side
heroine or any other methods. Even the great Christopher Lee fails to evoke any emotion
in the audience other than a mild curiosity. Horror is definitely not on the agenda.
The cast has some great stars like Christopher Lee. Hillary Swank does her bit like she’s told to. Well, the film is just a whisper of a horror and if you have trouble falling asleep, rest assured. This movie will do the job. You can download The Resident at SeeMovieForFree.net
There is the love triangle for those who will look for a little romance in the middle of a horror plot. The heroine who is separated from her husband and subsequently seeks dwellings that are considerably luxuriant and obviously haunted falls in love with her new landlord Jeffrey Dean Morgan. The husband returns and with it a twist to the tale. For those wishing for wallpapers from the movies there are obtainable at FlicksWallpaper.com.
Hammer Films was the forerunner in the genre of horror movies but seems to have run out of steam with this film. It may be considered as an addition to the efforts of the stable of Hammer films.
